Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Project Manager in North Carolina to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital technology initiatives with integrated project plans and release timelines.

You will coordinate cross-functional Agile teams, manage risks, and engage stakeholders to ensure on-schedule delivery and alignment with governance standards. This role requires 5+ years of technology project leadership and PMP/Agile/Scrum credentials where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology projects or programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, SDLC, and governance frameworks.
• Experience with vendor management, change management, and release coordination.
• Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital technology initiatives with integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, roadmaps, and release timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Agile teams, engineering, product, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Anticipate delivery risks, support tradeoff discussions, and resolve blockers and dependencies.
• Identify, assess, track, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions with timely escalation.
• Ensure alignment with governance standards, delivery methodologies, compliance, and quality expectations.
