Job summary

Peraton seeks a Product Line Manager to lead a multifaceted program with government customers, technical and business managers, and subcontractor partners. You will oversee staffing, forecasting, and program execution, ensuring stability, scalability, and efficiency of complex IT environments.

You will direct the work of employees and subcontractors, mentor teams, and maintain strong communication with senior government staff to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 18 years of experience, may have management experience.
• Experience in Program/Project management. Up to half of this requirement (up to 10 years) may include military service in command leadership roles.
• Program Management experience with the Department of Veteran Affairs.
• Experience managing federal contracts over $400M.
• US Citizenship; ability to hold a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day progress of a multifaceted program with government customers, managers, staff, subcontractors and support personnel.
• Direct staffing plans, including skill and labor mix, to support contract operations; oversee recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Monitor contract, subcontract, and funding; direct forecasting efforts of program financial performance.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the team and interface effectively with senior government staff.
