Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Product Management SME to lead planning, delivering, and optimizing cloud-based products for a federal civilian agency. You will drive a multi-tenant cloud ecosystem serving millions of users with a focus on security, accessibility, and cost efficiency.

The role requires senior leadership across cloud modernization, Zero Trust, and governance while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors in a DevSecOps environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 16+ years experience, Master's with 14+ years experience, or PhD with 10+ years experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and facilitate collaboration across government and contractor organizations.
• Strong communication skills for briefing senior leadership, documenting decisions, and engaging diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a product vision and roadmap that supports cloud modernization and governance standards.
• Translates agency mission needs into cloud product requirements, epics, and user stories with data-driven backlog prioritization.
• Oversees full lifecycle of cloud-based products with compliance to FISMA, FedRAMP, 508, privacy, and data retention standards.
• Defines KPIs and uses analytics to drive improvements and ensure service level compliance.
