Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Active VA Public Trust or equivalent DoW security clearance.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• SAFe or other Agile certification.
• Experience supporting US Government cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Gov).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM.
• Experience managing programs under federal acquisition regulations and performance-based contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day progress of a multifaceted program through constant interaction with Government customer, technical and business managers and staff, subcontractor partners, and program support personnel.
• Direct the work of employees and subcontractors assigned to the program from technical and administrative areas, providing leadership and mentoring to the team.
• Oversees Staffing Plans, including skill and labor mix, to support contract operations; oversees recruiting and hiring; monitor contract, subcontract, and funding; directs forecasting efforts of program financial performance.
• Interface with senior and executive-level government staff to ensure alignment of program objectives with government needs.
