Program/Project management experience including interactions with government customers
Experience managing federal contracts over $400M
Ability to operate with senior government staff and executives
Active or eligible VA Public Trust or equivalent DoD security clearance

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day progress of a multifaceted program with government customer, technical and business managers, staff and subcontractors
Lead staffing plans, recruiting, and hiring to support contract operations
Forecast program financial performance and manage funding across the contract
Provide leadership, mentoring and direction to the program team
Ensure stability, scalability, and efficiency of complex technical environments
