This hands-on role delivers end-to-end workstreams, improves processes, data quality, tooling, and builds AI-enabled solutions to boost efficiency and quality.

You will partner with finance, business management and engineering, shaping strategy into execution-ready plans and advancing the transformation agenda.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs.
• Strong vendor/product solution knowledge and vendor relationships management.
• Advanced analytical reasoning with data-driven decision making.
• Experience using large datasets to manage portfolio performance and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead through change in high-pressure environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to guide complex execution, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks.
• Experience selecting and implementing technologies, platforms, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio planning and investment hygiene with cross-functional partners.
• Use data analysis to strengthen portfolio hygiene and actionable prioritization.
• Enhance governance models and provide transparent recommendations to executives.
• Produce executive insights on budget, delivery health, value realization, and risk posture.
• Identify tooling improvements and apply AI-enabled approaches to increase efficiency.
• Embed controls, audit readiness, and program governance across workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Finance and Business Management on priorities.
• Define guardrails for AI-assisted workflows with auditability and security.
