Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks an Executive Director to lead Corporate Technology's Portfolio Management & Governance. You will drive portfolio planning, governance, and executive reporting for a large global technology portfolio, executing end-to-end workstreams with autonomy and data-driven insights.

The role focuses on process improvement, data quality, controls, and AI-enabled solutions to increase efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in large organizations.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and product/solution selections.
• Advanced analytical reasoning to translate business needs into tech outcomes.
• Experience leading through change in high-pressure environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled and AI-governed solutions at scale.
• Ability to establish governance and decision frameworks for AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio planning cycles and investment hygiene across global CT.
• Enhance portfolio governance and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Produce executive-ready insights on budget, delivery health and risk posture.
• Identify improvements across portfolio lifecycle: intake, prioritization, approval, tracking, value realization.
• Embed strong controls, audit readiness, and data lineage across processes.
• Partner with engineering, product, and platform teams to improve tooling and automation.
• Define guardrails for AI-assisted workflows and ensure compliance.
