Job summary

Lexipol, a leading provider of public safety software, is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Owner to drive strategy and development for our Performance Reporting product in a fully remote role. You will translate business needs into actionable engineering work, define requirements, and engage stakeholders across the organization.

You’ll partner with UX, engineering, and data teams, own the roadmap, write PRDs and user stories, and guide agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Write PRDs and clear, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with UX/UI design and engineering teams for backlog readiness
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and refine the product backlog
• Translate business requirements into actionable engineering tasks

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Performance Reporting within the Lexipol platform
• Write PRDs and acceptance criteria for features
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and prioritize the backlog
• Support engineering with clarifications and design alignment
