Job summary

TechDoQuest is seeking a Product Owner to lead the Performance Management product day-to-day, establishing near-term goals, priorities, discovery and delivery. You will translate business goals into problems, measurable outcomes and prioritized opportunities, while challenging unsupported requests and surfacing risks.

You will work hands-on with Finance, Pricing, Product, Data Engineers and Software Engineers to validate data requirements and ensure the right outputs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product ownership/management in Agile environments.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication across technical and leadership audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Performance Management product, set goals and priorities.
• Translate business goals into problems, measurable outcomes, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Pricing, Data Engineers and Software Engineers for data needs.
• Maintain a backlog focused on outcomes and momentum.
• Lead demos, reviews and decision sessions.
• Drive adoption and measure impact on business results.
