Job summary

Lexipol is seeking a Director of Product Management for Performance Reporting. This remote role oversees strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance for a key product, with occasional travel to Frisco, TX.

You will report to the VP of Product Management and lead a team across technical and non-technical roles. You will balance customer needs with long-term platform direction, driving data model decisions, CJIS compliance, and go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of product management experience with full ownership of a product or product line.
• Experience leading cross-functional GTM launches.
• Technical fluency to work with engineering on data and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year strategy and roadmap for Performance Reporting.
• Prioritize roadmap across forms, Command Center, early intervention, and dashboards.
• Build business cases for new capabilities and investment with metrics.
