Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Technology Strategy Leader to own and drive the technology strategy across major initiatives. You will align programs with enterprise architecture and Digital Core Platforms, ensuring clean integration and measurable outcomes across a global, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in technology strategy, architecture, or large-scale program delivery.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent programs and connecting them into a coherent enterprise strategy.
• Track record of advising senior leaders on priorities, trade-offs, and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data patterns, security, and governance.
• Authorized to work in the United States; permanent work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Own the connected technology strategy across strategic technology initiatives.
• Ensure initiatives align to Digital Core Platforms and enterprise architecture standards.
• Drive consistency, reuse, and clean integration across initiatives.
• Lead technical strategy and senior stakeholder alignment for AI programs.
• Translate ambiguous priorities into coordinated initiatives with clear owners and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee and develop a team of Senior Technical Architects.
• Set direction and balance workload across initiatives with quality and standards.
• Define responsible applications of AI, automation, and modern engineering practices.
• Provide governance and reporting to keep senior leaders informed and the portfolio on track.
• Develop senior technical leaders, build succession plans, and strengthen team capability.
