Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with 9 years of related work experience in contracts/purchasing.
• Or an associate degree with 7 years of related work experience.
• Or a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related work experience.
• Or a master’s degree with 3 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex procurement and purchasing activities for technology goods, services, software, hardware, and professional services.
• Prepare and manage contracts, amendments, change orders, purchase orders, recommendations for award, contract closeouts, and other procurement documents.
• Provide strategic guidance to I&T stakeholders on procurement requirements, documentation, approvals, and compliance.
• Monitor contract activities, supplier performance, and reporting; identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
