Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or technology category management experience.
• Minimum 7 years negotiating enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and technology contracts.
• Demonstrated experience managing major technology vendors including, but not limited to Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, AWS, Google Cloud, ServiceNow, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, VMware, and similar enterprise providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, procurement, and contract strategy for software, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital technology solutions.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies that deliver measurable cost savings, contractual flexibility, and risk reduction.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic technology vendors and partners.
• Continuously evaluate vendor performance, competitiveness, and market alternatives.
• Establish and manage vendor scorecards, performance reviews, and business reviews.
• Contract & Renewal Management in partnership with VMO.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of technology agreements, including new purchases, renewals, expansions, amendments, and terminations.
