Job summary

Medica seeks a Technical Product Owner (TPO) for the Contact Center Knowledge Management Platform. The TPO will bridge business, operations, and tech teams to enable accurate knowledge delivery through Salesforce-based solutions, while owning the team backlog and capacity.

Responsibilities include backlog refinement, sprint leadership, and cross-team coordination to ensure value-centric delivery. The role emphasizes MDF principles, transparency, and execution discipline, with collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT, CS, Business or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Translate prioritized capability epics into backlog items (features, user stories, technical enablers).
• Define acceptance criteria with the Technical Lead and ensure items are ready for development.
• Maintain a healthy backlog sequenced by value, risk, and dependencies.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iteration reviews; ensure alignment with capacity.
• Coordinate with TL, TPM, and Delivery Leader to balance priorities and capacity.
• Represent the team in prioritization sessions and reflect risks and progress in the backlog.
