Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions is seeking a highly technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex software and technology initiatives from planning through production. The role requires a strong software engineering background and hands-on full-stack development experience to bridge engineering teams with business stakeholders and leadership.

The ideal candidate understands modern application design, development, testing, deployment, and support, and can discuss architecture and tradeoffs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, technical project management, engineering delivery, or a related technology role.
• 3+ years of experience leading software development projects or cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Strong technical background with hands-on software development experience strongly preferred.
• Previous experience as a Full-Stack Developer, Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical role is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of modern full-stack application development, including front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue and back-end technologies like Java, .NET/C#, Node.js, Python, or similar.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and CI/CD pipelines with DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software development and technology projects from requirements through production support.
• Partner with engineers, product owners, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to establish scope, requirements, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Drive technical discussions around architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, cloud infrastructure, security, and deployment strategies.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical workstreams with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• Manage project plans, sprint execution, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines across multiple tech workstreams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and release planning.
• Identify blockers, dependencies, and architectural risks before they impact delivery.
• Coordinate releases across development, QA, staging, and production environments.
• Support incident resolution and root-cause analysis for production issues.
