Job summary

Walmart is seeking a leader to own the cross-border trucking program for US eCommerce inbound logistics, starting within North America. You will define the long-term strategy, create the roadmap, measure success, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across Bellevue, WA and other locations.

You will lead cross-functional teams including product, tech, and operations, driving performance metrics and program governance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• Option 2: 7 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-border trucking program strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and escalate risks.
• Coordinate with product, tech, and operations across locations.
• Drive change management and cross-functional project planning.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and manage issues.
