Job summary

Walmart is seeking a leader to own the cross-border trucking program for US eCommerce inbound logistics, starting within North America. You will define the long-term strategy, create the roadmap, measure success, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across Bellevue, WA and other locations.

You will lead cross-functional teams including product, tech, and operations, driving performance metrics and program governance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Role summary:

The Walmart US eCommerce cross border inbound team builds products that allow Marketplace Sellers increased selection by offering fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options to the Walmart Fulfillment network. We are seeking an experienced leader to own our cross border trucking program starting within North America in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, cross border inbound logistics service. This include setting the long-term strategy to deliver trucking products that our sellers will love; creating the critical roadmap; defining, measuring, and driving to achieve success metrics; ensuring project deliverables remain on on-time and on budget; and communicating and/or escalating program risks.

About the team:

The Walmart US eCommerce cross-border inbound team develops solutions that enable Marketplace Sellers to expand product selection by providing fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping to the Walmart Fulfillment network. This team integrates program management, financial oversight, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful business operations. Leveraging technology strategies and performance measurement, the team drives process improvements and aligns initiatives with organizational goals. Members contribute to defining business requirements, managing risks, and optimizing resources to ensure successful program execution and continuous advancement in operational efficiency.
