Job summary

Walmart seeks a senior leader to own post-transaction fulfillment experiences within the Omni Fulfillment Experience Team. You will drive cross-functional delivery of propositions that boost customer acquisition, retention and revenue for the eCommerce business, partnering with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Store Operations and Finance.

This high-visibility role requires navigating ambiguity, shaping direction, and executing with discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, engineering management, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver multi-track roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams with SCM, Design, Product, Store Operations, and Finance to deliver omni‑channel experiences.
• Define roadmaps, priorities, and collaborate with partners to gain leadership buy‑in.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure progress toward business goals.
• Ensure programs meet partner needs and scale GTM for finished products.
