Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 5 years PM/program ops experience
• Or 7+ years in project/program operations
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Proven expertise in program and financial management
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience aligning technology and organizational strategies with business goals
• Excellent decision-making and change management abilities
• Proven track record leading business operations and program development
• Effective business communication and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards and digital accessibility

Responsibilities

• Lead technology operations to align with organizational strategy and business objectives
• Manage cross-functional teams delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee program and financial management to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies supporting scalable and sustainable business operations

• Use scenario planning to anticipate risks and develop contingency plans for operational resilience
• Lead strategy and execution of return capabilities across Walmart’s international marketplace and fulfillment networks
• Drive alignment across multiple markets through a unified roadmap for domestic and cross-border returns
• Translate complex business challenges into product and technical investments
