Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Senior Technology Operations Manager to lead End User Computing and Collaboration functions, including Support Center, AV, Executive Support, and collaboration tools management.

You will drive adoption of modern collaboration technologies, ensure seamless day-to-day tech support for a growing organization, and build a strategic roadmap across ESM and ITSM integration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT end user support, desktop engineering, or collaboration tech, with 5+ years managing teams.
• 5+ years managing a ticketing system with Incident, Change, Problem, & Service Request management.
• Deep expertise in modern collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom) and end user computing technologies (Windows, macOS, MDM).
• Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL) and IT Operations best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and world-class end user experience.
• Relentless focus on reducing friction and improving service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of IT support professionals, fostering excellence and continuous improvement in end user service delivery.
• Oversee the Support Center End User Computing and Collaboration team, ensuring timely, high-quality incident and service request resolution.
• Manage and optimize AV support across offices and meeting spaces for in-person and hybrid meetings.
• Provide white-glove Executive Support to CAVA leadership with proactive technology assistance.
• Own the strategy and continuous improvement of Collaboration tools to drive adoption enterprise-wide.
• Develop and execute an ES M strategy aligning ITSM with other business functions.
• Lead End User Computing roadmap including device lifecycle management and self-service enablement.
• Champion automation, self-service portals, and knowledge management to reduce ticket volume.
