Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT-related field.
• 5+ years in technology operations and infrastructure.
• Proven governance, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
• Experience with Java ecosystem and middleware (WebLogic, WebSphere).
• Scripting/automation and patching/vulnerability tools.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and GitLab.

Responsibilities

• Delivers technology operations for assigned systems, meeting performance and security targets.
• Owns defined processes and governance patterns to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
• Leads components of larger initiatives and coordinates tasks for junior staff.
• Evaluates new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Provides technical guidance and participates in design reviews and incident resolution.
• Translates requirements into implementable plans and coordinates with vendors.
