Job summary

Truist is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer for the Digital Workplace to govern endpoint vulnerabilities, drive remediation, and ensure configuration compliance across physical and virtual environments. You will partner with engineering, operations, and security to deliver scalable, defensible solutions aligned to Truist standards.

The role emphasizes automation, prevention, and measurable outcomes, with office-centric work five days a week in Truist hubs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional infrastructure engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent education and related training.
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Builds and designs enterprise infrastructure platforms across cloud, network, and storage domains.
• Applies automation and monitoring to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure standards and processes.
• Troubleshoots and resolves moderately complex infrastructure issues affecting performance.
