Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing/technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering improvement initiatives and development of standards within the assigned technology family.
• Own the development of engineering solutions balancing performance with cost and feasibility.
• Manage cross-site projects, budgets, and resource utilization for technology initiatives.
• Coordinate with site, regional, and global stakeholders for consistent deployment of standards.
• Maintain and improve Knowledge Transfer Package (KTP) content and provide design feedback to OEMs.
