Job summary

rbb Communications is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Media Relations Specialist with experience in the tech industry. You will handle earned media campaigns, craft pitches and advisories, and work across four to six accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.

The role supports national business and trade media, with a focus on becoming a client-facing leader who develops strategic media angles and strong relationships. Remote or hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3 years of PR agency experience and proven media success in tech industry
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Skills: Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Fun to work with, friendly and all-around great attitude, solid references

Responsibilities

Secure top-tier media placements across national business and trade media
Translate client information into strategic media angles and thought leadership
Drive proactive media strategy and results
Form strong media relationships; share leads and contacts with team
Coordinate with clients to provide updates and new initiatives (events, marketing alliances)
Manage internal team and ensure organized client/media activities
