Marketbridge is seeking an Account Director to drive high-quality media coverage for tech clients. You will manage 5–6 accounts, lead two as the strategic lead, and guide other team members to deliver programs that meet client goals.

The role emphasizes senior client-facing leadership, securing Tier 1 coverage, and crafting compelling messaging across PR assets, with a remote, EST-hour work pattern and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of PR experience in agency or corporate settings
• Proven ability to secure Tier 1 and trade media coverage for tech
• Strong client-facing skills and leadership in multi-account environments
• Experience drafting press materials and pitches
• Familiarity with standard PR tools (Cision, Muck Rack, BusinessWire)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution across 5–6 accounts, lead at least two.
• Develop draft plans for major PR campaigns and secure top-tier coverage.
• Direct teams toward national and business press opportunities.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee performance reviews.
• Participate in new business efforts with client examples and data.
