Nearform is seeking a Technical Lead (Perm, USA, Remote + Travel) to guide multi-disciplinary teams, translate client requirements into robust software solutions, and own technical delivery across projects. You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and uphold DevOps, testing, and security standards in fast-paced engagements.

Qualifications

Significant software engineering experience with 2+ years in technical leadership.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and line-management leadership to the development team.
Take responsibility for successful delivery of projects.
Identify and resolve blockers before they become issues.
Ensure best practices in software development, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
Work directly with clients, translating requirements into technical briefs.
Shape and define architectural decisions ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
