Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience after Bachelor’s degree in delivering performance optimization or marketing analytics in pharma or life sciences.
• 2+ years in a Tech Lead/engineering leadership role delivering enterprise analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide the technical strategy and roadmap for global analytics capabilities.
• Lead the technical team to build scalable analytics and reporting solutions for MMM and KPI frameworks.
• Mentor developers, coordinate with data scientists, and ensure governance and security across platforms.
• Collaborate with business, IT security, and vendor teams to meet standards and regulatory requirements.
