Longitude Rx is seeking a hands-on Lead Engineer to own architecture, cloud infra, and QA standards for a healthcare SaaS platform. You will lead the engineering team, collaborate with product, implementation, and customer IT, and drive secure, scalable delivery through internal and partner teams.

Requirements include 8+ years of software experience, 2+ years leading engineers, and healthcare interoperability/EHR integration expertise.

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years leading engineers.
• Experience building secure, cloud-based SaaS in healthcare or regulated industry.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability and EHR integration.
• Strong ability to review code, lead design discussions, and unblock teams.
