Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Technical Lead in New York to guide enterprise applications from design to delivery. You will own technical requirements, craft scalable solution and application architectures, and oversee architectural documentation and API specs.

You will lead development teams, manage technical debt, and ensure secure coding and quality metrics. This role collaborates with Platform teams for pattern alignment and onboarding of new apps in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership delivering enterprise applications.
• Experience with solution architecture, API design, microservices, and modern development patterns in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, establish development standards, and drive delivery in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical lead for assigned line of business applications.
• Own technical requirements definition, solution architecture design, and application architecture design.
• Create and maintain technical design documents (TDD), ADRs, and API documentation.
