Job summary

Technology Partners is seeking a Senior Technical Lead in Emerging Technologies to guide a multidisciplinary team through complex software initiatives using .NET Core, Python, RESTful APIs, and cloud services (GCP).

You will design, implement, and mature integrations and applications, mentor engineers, partner with architects, and set standards for cloud architecture, CI/CD, API governance, and secure, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency with .NET Core / C#, and Python development.
• Hands-on experience with Talend or similar ETL/data integration platforms.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API and Web Services design.
• Relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from inception through deployment.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and mentorship skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical roadmap and mentor Emerging Technologies team.
• Partner with Enterprise Architect to define strategies and modernization efforts.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations and applications with .NET Core, Python, Talend, and GCP.
• Lead proof-of-concept projects and evaluate new frameworks.
• Define best practices for cloud architecture, automation, testing, and API management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and reliable systems and continuous learning culture.
