Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-grade applications.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and technical initiatives.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience with containerisation and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Solid understanding of software architecture, security, testing, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise-scale software applications and AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive architecture decisions across software engineering, cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and AI technologies.
• Build and maintain cloud-native applications, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring solutions, and platform services.
• Partner with Product Managers, Data Engineers, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers, data engineers, and AI engineers.
• Establish engineering best practices covering software quality, testing, security, observability, and reliability.
• Design and implement AI, GenAI, RAG, and intelligent automation solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies and transform them into scalable production solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement across architecture, engineering standards, delivery practices, and platform capabilities.
