Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director, BI&T Technical Engineering Lead - Analytics & AI, to set technology strategy for Clinical Operations Intelligence. You will lead a matrix of architects, engineers, data specialists, and vendors to modernize platforms and enable AI-driven insights across Drug Development.

You will partner with GDO, BI&T leadership, and enterprise tech to deliver digital solutions that improve study execution and efficiency while advancing AI-enabled decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience leading technology platforms, digital products, or enterprise applications.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional technology teams.
• Proven experience developing and executing technology roadmaps.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for Clinical Operations Intelligence platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams across design, development, and operations.
• Drive innovation through analytics, AI, automation, and digital capabilities.
• Ensure investments deliver measurable business value and user adoption.
• Partner with leaders to translate priorities into tech solutions.
• Present roadmaps and risks to senior leadership and governance bodies.
