Responsibilities

• Set priorities and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Provide strategic and technical analytics solutions across PDS BI&T aligned with enterprise initiatives.
• Analyze complex data to derive actionable insights for KPIs and priorities.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, models, and dashboards for business users.
• Collaborate with IT to develop data infrastructure and analytics tooling.
• Communicate findings via reports and presentations to stakeholders.
