Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Principal Executive Recruiter for Tech who can act as a strategic business accelerator. You will lead senior searches for Director, VP and SVP roles, partnering with Intuit’s CTO and senior leaders to shape leadership across our Tech ecosystem.

You’ll leverage data, market intelligence, and AI-powered sourcing to move fast without sacrificing quality, build diverse slates, and close top candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in executive search at agency, in-house, or both.
• Experience hiring diverse leaders at Director level and above in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
• Deep knowledge of the external tech talent landscape and what motivates leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives through credibility and market insight.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and emerging recruiting technologies to accelerate timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle executive searches with pace and quality.
• Partner with leaders to translate evolving talent needs into precise role definitions using talent intelligence.
• Leverage AI tools and modern sourcing tech to accelerate pipeline development.
• Forecast obstacles in searches and implement mitigation strategies.
• Build proactive talent strategies and engagement approaches for the evolving tech talent pool.
• Serve as trusted advisor to the CTO and senior leaders, shaping leadership requirements.
