Job summary

BMO U.S. is seeking an experienced credit professional to analyze and underwrite complex technology-sector loans in a high-volume portfolio. The role requires deep risk assessment, deal structuring, and ongoing client relationship management to support lending decisions.

You will monitor portfolio performance, ensure covenant compliance, and collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional service and growth in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with leveraged lending and lending to technology companies is preferred.
• Seasoned professional with education, experience and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage a diversified portfolio of technology-sector clients.
• Negotiate loan structures and terms aligning client needs with risk appetite.
• Signs off on new, renewal, and extension loans within authority.
