Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior credit professional to analyze, structure, and manage a portfolio of technology-sector loans. You will underwrite, monitor covenants, and present strategic recommendations to leadership, while expanding client relationships.

Ideal candidate has extensive experience in credit risk assessment, loan structuring, and regulatory compliance, with a track record of delivering risk-informed decisions in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of credit or lending experience in a corporate or banking environment.
• Experience with leveraged lending and lending to technology companies.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Credit qualifications and knowledge per portfolio requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit information to support lending decisions and process new and existing Commercial banking loans for a tech client portfolio.
• Make credit decisions and recommendations in line with bank policies and procedures.
• Negotiate loan structures, terms, and conditions aligned with client requirements and risk appetite.
• Underwrite and manage a diversified portfolio of technology-sector clients.
• Monitor covenant compliance and identify deteriorating credit conditions.
• Lead complex proposal development and deliver presentations to capture new business.
• Develop portfolio insights through financial analysis and risk reporting.
• Act as a trusted advisor on technology-sector credit matters.
• Maintain timely data entry in banking systems.
