Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Corporate Counsel to manage front line support for global sales and strategic transactions. You will draft, review and negotiate complex agreements, advise on risk and regulatory issues, and coordinate across Sales, Delivery, Finance, Security, Privacy and leadership to close deals.

You will be a trusted advisor in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of transactions while balancing business objectives and compliance.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial transactions.
• Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations in commercial contexts.
• Experience with government contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex transaction agreements.
• Provide risk assessment and commercial legal advice.
• Coordinate approvals across internal teams and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Advise on existing contracts and disputes to achieve commercially reasonable outcomes.
• Balance legal, operational and financial considerations to support growth.
