Qualifications

• 8+ years of legal experience with emphasis on commercial contracting and transactions.
• Experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or tech company.
• Strong ability to balance legal risk with business objectives and support revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor supporting Eon's U.S. commercial operations.
• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of enterprise customer, partner, reseller, vendor, and SaaS agreements.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership to structure, negotiate, and close strategic enterprise transactions.
• Advise on legal and commercial risks with practical, business-focused guidance.
• Support strategic partnerships, channel programs, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Develop and improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Security, Product, and Compliance teams to support business objectives.
