Qualifications

• Strong command of SQL and data analysis for decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional requirements gathering across trading desks and technology teams.
• Translate requirements into BRD/FRD, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Create data mappings and data flows to support integration and reporting.
• Prioritize the application backlog for sprint planning and testing support.
• Collaborate with clients to synthesize data and drive solution design.
