Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Analysis in large enterprise environments.
• 5+ years in Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Trading environments.
• Experience creating BRD, FRD, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Flows, Data Mapping Documents, Test Scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Wealth Management and Trading stakeholders to define solutions.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and walkthrough sessions.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and data mappings.
• Support trade lifecycle processing, OMS/EMS, and regulatory initiatives.
• Facilitate UAT, defect triage, and production implementation.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with extensive Wealth Management and Trading domain expertise to drive business and technology initiatives across front-office, middle-office, and trade processing functions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, traders, portfolio managers, operations teams, and technology teams to define requirements, analyze business processes, support strategic transformation initiatives, and deliver technology solutions that enhance trading and wealth management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to understand business objectives and define solutions.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and system requirements.
• Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution walkthrough sessions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data mappings.
• Support initiatives involving:
