The role collaborates with traders, portfolio managers, operations and technology teams to define requirements, analyze processes, and implement solutions that enhance trading and wealth management workflows. Strong BA and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst in large enterprise environments.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, process mapping, and business process reengineering.
• Experience creating BRD, FRD, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Flows, Data Mapping Documents, Test Scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to understand objectives and define solutions.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and system requirements.
• Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution walkthrough sessions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data mappings.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
• Support regulatory and compliance initiatives impacting wealth and trading platforms.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production implementation activities.
• Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements and transformation programs.
• Assist in data analysis, reconciliation, and migration activities related to trading and wealth platforms.
