Job summary

Pathfinder International is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor to lead humanitarian and nexus programme design, donor engagement, and high‑quality technical writing. You will guide strategic proposals and shape organizational guidance with global teams, ensuring gender‑responsive, climate‑sensitive, and country-led designs.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in humanitarian programming, strong communication skills, and success in major donor bids.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field with a strong public health/ development focus.
• At least 10 years of humanitarian programming and proposal development experience.
• Proven ability to lead donor-facing proposals to major institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of humanitarian and nexus programmes and translate donor priorities into concepts.
• Lead technical proposal development and ensure alignment with protection and resilience approaches.
• Prepare high‑quality technical documents and ensure proposal quality.
• Support capacity building and organizational guidance for program design.
