• Technology staffing background strongly preferred.
• Strong relationship-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Technology client relationships.
• Take ownership of existing accounts and identify opportunities to expand them.
• Build additional hiring-manager relationships inside existing clients.
• Reengage dormant and underdeveloped accounts.
• Uncover contract and permanent hiring needs.
• Develop relationships across software, data, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, and related technology functions.
• Gather detailed requirements and partner closely with recruiting teams on delivery.
• Expand individual relationships into broader enterprise accounts.
