Job summary

The Jewish Board seeks a Senior Team Leader to provide supervisory oversight of direct support staff at the OCFS Children Residence, ensure program compliance and model fidelity, and support youth during scheduled hours and on‑call rotations.

Responsibilities include intake participation, milieu care, coordinating TCI training, supervising documentation, responding to crises, and guiding DSPs to maintain quality of care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years’ supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to work with children/adolescents who have trauma
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between boroughs

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct support staff and oversee on‑call rotations.
• Participate in intake and admission for new referrals.
• Oversee documentation and ensure accuracy of incident reports and plans.
• Coordinate and deliver ITM/TCI trainings for staff.
• Respond to crises and ensure program safety.
• Maintain program standards and quality of care.
