Pellera Technologies is seeking a Team Lead, Enterprise Integration Services to lead hands-on deployment and operational support of enterprise integration projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role focuses on executing customer deployments, validating environments, and ensuring solutions meet engineering specifications.

You will guide technicians, coordinate project execution, and help develop runbooks and best practices while partnering with Solutions Architects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise deployment, integration services, data center operations, or infrastructure implementation.
• Experience building and deploying rack-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of structured cabling, networking fundamentals, hardware installation, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with servers, network equipment, storage platforms, and endpoint technologies.
• Ability to read and execute engineering diagrams, rack elevations, configuration guides, and implementation plans.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and deployment issues.
• Strong written documentation and process development skills.
• Ability to balance technical execution with leadership responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise integration execution from project initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate technicians, work assignments, and integration bays to meet schedules.
• Develop runbooks, work instructions, and deployment processes.
• Perform quality checks and validate hardware, software, assets, and configurations.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and cross-functional teams.
• Provide mentorship and training on new technologies and procedures.
