Pellera is seeking a Team Lead, Enterprise Integration Services to lead hands-on deployment, integration, and operational support within the Dallas-Fort Worth area. You will act as the technical lead, building and validating customer environments, coordinating technicians, and ensuring solutions meet requirements.

Ideal candidates combine advanced integration expertise with operational leadership, mentoring staff, and driving process improvements across the integration center.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise deployment and integration projects.
• Ability to build and validate rack-based environments and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cabling, networking, and enterprise hardware.
• Experience with servers, network gear, storage, and endpoints.
• Ability to read engineering diagrams and follow deployment guides.
• Proven troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Leadership capabilities balanced with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on deployment activities, including configuring racks and network gear.
• Coordinate execution within the integration center to meet schedules.
• Own technical execution from material readiness through shipment release.
• Mentor technicians and coordinate project priorities.
• Develop runbooks, work instructions, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with architects and account teams for successful delivery.
