Job summary

SOSi seeks a highly qualified senior Team Lead to support its American regional office contract in the NCR. You will serve as the management and technical lead for all contractor personnel, delivering senior-level SME guidance and coordinating analytic tasks across the region.

The role requires deep Americas expertise, leadership of staff, and close collaboration with the TO PM to manage cost, schedule, and risk while ensuring high-quality intelligence products and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of intelligence analysis or analytic-enabling experience.
• Experience supporting Defense Intelligence Agencies.
• Experience with NSS/NDS alignment and strategic priorities.
• Prior Team Lead or first-line supervisor on a government intelligence contract.
• Deep regional expertise in the Americas and related analysis areas.
• Certifications such as CDASA-I, CCMP-F, or equivalent IC certifications.
• Spanish reading/listening capability (desired).
• Experience integrating multi-disciplinary intelligence (ALL-SOURCE, C4I, cyber, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT).
• Familiarity with intelligence analytic production systems (e.g., MARS/MIDB).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the management and technical lead for all contractor personnel at the American regional office.
• Provide senior-level SME to the Americas region on complex analytic tasks.
• Direct the work of contractor staff and ensure effective task execution.
• Support the overall TO Program Manager as primary technical POC.
• Oversee production and dissemination of all-source intelligence per standards.
• Ensure personnel meet contract performance objectives and quality standards.
• Assist the PM in managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
• Maintain relationships with customers, the COR, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate task assignments and resource use across centers.
• Respond to inquiries and alert PM/customers to issues promptly.
