Job summary

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified senior Team Lead to support a designated Operations office on a contract in the NCR. The Team Lead will serve as the management and technical lead for all contractor personnel, providing senior-level expertise in all-source analysis, CI, collection management, and targeting.

This role coordinates day-to-day execution, ensures timely, high-quality intelligence products, and maintains relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years intelligence analysis or analytic-enabling experience.
• Experience with NSS/NDS alignment and strategic competition priorities.
• Prior Team Lead or supervisory experience on a government intelligence contract.
• Deep expertise in operational integration, all-source, CI, collection and targeting operations.
• Certifications: CDASA-I, CCMP-F.
• Experience integrating multi-disciplinary intelligence (all-source, C4I, cyber, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT).
• Familiarity with intelligence analytic production systems (MARS/MIDB).
• No foreign language requirement for this office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the management and technical lead for all contractor personnel in support of Operations office.
• Provide senior-level subject matter expertise in all-source analysis, CI, collection management, intelligence planning, and targeting.
• Lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to Operations office.
• Support the PM and be the primary technical point of contact for the Operations office.
• Oversee the production and dissemination of all-source intelligence products to standards.
• Ensure personnel meet contract performance objectives and quality standards.
• Assist the PM in managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
• Support staffing continuity and timely task assignments.
• Coordinate tasking within the office and with government requirements.
• Maintain relationships with customers, the COR, and stakeholders.
