Job summary

SOSi is seeking a senior-level Team Lead to support the PRC region for a contract in the NCR. The Team Lead will serve as the management and technical lead for all contractor personnel, providing senior SME insights on the PRC across all-source disciplines and coordinating day-to-day analytic activities.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 10+ years of intelligence analysis or analytic-enabling experience.
• Experience with Defense Intelligence Agencies.
• Experience with NSS/NDS alignment and strategic competition priorities.
• Prior experience as Team Lead or supervisor on a government intelligence contract.
• Deep regional expertise in China/PRC and related disciplines.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CDASA-I).
• Chinese (Mandarin) reading/listening capability (desired).
• Experience integrating multi-disciplinary intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the management and technical lead for all contractor personnel in the region.
• Provide senior-level SME on the PRC across all-source, C4I, cyber, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, TECHINT.
• Lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to the region.
• Support the TO Program Manager and act as primary technical point of contact.
• Oversee production and dissemination of all-source intelligence products per standards.
• Ensure personnel meet contract performance objectives and quality standards.
• Assist the PM in managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
• Coordinate task assignments within the region for Government requirements.
• Maintain relationships with customers, COR, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with PM and other Team Leads for resource optimization.
• Support surge and optional task requirements with authorization.
• Contribute to timely delivery of contract deliverables per CDRLs.
• Ensure work aligns with ICDs and SOPs.
