Job summary

SOSi, headquartered in Reston, VA, seeks a senior-level Team Lead to support the Indo-Pacific Region for a contract in the NCR. This Team Lead is designated key personnel and serves as the management and technical lead for all contractor personnel in support of the Indo-Pacific Region.

The role requires providing senior SME on the region and leading or directing the work of contractor personnel. The Team Lead collaborates with the PM, ensuring timely, high-quality analytic products and adherence

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required or in-scope.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of intelligence analysis or analytic-enabling experience.
• Experience with Defense Intelligence Agencies.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Deep Indo-Pacific regional knowledge.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary intelligence integration.
• Familiarity with intelligence production systems (MARS/MIDB).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage contractor personnel for Indo-Pacific Region.
• Provide senior subject matter expertise to inform analytic products.
• Coordinate staffing, cost, schedule, and risk within the region.
• Ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables per ICDs.
• Maintain relationships with customers, COR, and stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day production and dissemination of all-source intelligence.
